Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase from us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return policy below. Our online return process makes returns very simple and fast.

Returns

  1. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. For digital products, 7 calendar days to stop your subscription or access to it and get a refund.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  3. Your item must be preferably in the original packaging.
  4. If you wish to make a return and be refunded, the gifts you have received must be returned with your purchased items. If you wish to make a return to exchange the item(s), only send the ones you wish an exchange for. The gifts stay with you.

Refunds

  1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  2. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  3. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. This process can take up to 21 days.

 

Exchanges

  1. If you wish to exchange an item, follow our online return & exchange process. For any questions or assistance, please contact our customer support team.
  2. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and process a new order.

 

Shipping Costs

We will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item(s) if you use our online return & exchange process.
