Olympa members receive a free gift with qualifying apparel orders, and the gift you can choose depends on your order value. The first level is the Prime gift tier, unlocked when the apparel in your order reaches $59 or more. This guide explains how the tier works and what each Prime gift is good for.
How the Prime tier works
- You need to be an Olympa member. Membership is free to join from the site.
- Add apparel to your cart. Online programs do not count toward the gift threshold.
- Once your apparel subtotal reaches $59, Prime gifts become available to select at checkout at no cost.
- Reach $139 or $200 and you unlock the Prestige and Elite tiers instead.
Full details are on the How Gifts Work page.
The Prime gifts
OlyFit MicroDry Gym Towel
An ultra-soft microfibre towel that is lightweight, absorbent and quick-drying. It is the most universally useful gift in the tier: perfect for workouts, travel and wiping down equipment.
OlyFit PowerGrip Wrist Straps
Durable woven straps with a comfortable wrist wrap, designed to enhance pulling strength and reduce grip fatigue during heavy training. A smart pick if you deadlift or row with heavy loads.
OlyFit PrecisionFit Measuring Tape
A measuring tape in a flexible leather-style cover. Use it to track changes in your measurements over time, a useful habit alongside any training plan.
OlyFit Transit Drawstring Bag
A simple, durable drawstring bag in a sleek black finish, perfect for carrying shoes, a towel and gym essentials.
OlyFit FlexLock Ankle Cuffs
Reinforced ankle cuffs for cable-based lower-body training, with strong metal fittings for kickbacks, abductions and similar movements.
Which Prime gift should you choose?
- New to training: the gym towel or drawstring bag.
- Lifting heavy: the wrist straps.
- Using cable machines: the ankle cuffs.
- Tracking body changes: the measuring tape.
Popular orders that reach $59
A pair of leggings or shorts from Leggings or Women Shorts, or a men’s tee from T-Shirts, are common starting points. Sets from Sets typically take you further, towards the Prestige tier.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to be a member to receive a gift?
Yes. Free gifts are a member perk, alongside up to 25% off and free shipping. Guests can join during checkout.
Do online programs count toward the $59?
No. The gift threshold is based on the apparel in your order, so OlyHealth programs are not included in the total.
Can I swap my gift for a higher tier?
Higher tiers unlock automatically when your apparel subtotal reaches the next level. At $139 you can choose from the Prestige gifts, and at $200 from the Elite gifts.
What if I remove items from my cart?
The available gifts follow your apparel subtotal, so if it drops below a tier’s minimum, that tier’s gifts are no longer available for the order.
Making the most of your gift
Pick the gift that fills a gap in your current routine. If you already own a towel, the wrist straps or ankle cuffs open up new exercises; if you are building a habit, the measuring tape helps you see progress beyond the scale.
